Our story begins in Brazil, where Felipe Muniz, co-founder of the company, spent years leading high-performance sales teams for major real estate developers like MRV, Trisul Engenharia, LRG Construtora, Tecol, EGH Empreendimentos, Buriti, and Lomy Engenharia. With over 1,000 properties sold, Felipe didn’t just sell homes—he helped families unlock dreams and created a deep understanding of real estate dynamics from the inside out.

In 2021, together with Rejane Oliveira, he brought that same passion and precision to the United States market. They co-founded America Sweet Home Investments LLC with a clear mission:

To help investors navigate and dominate the U.S. real estate space—through strategy, experience, and relentless execution.
 

Since then, ASH Investments has guided dozens of investors—both U.S.-based and international—through successful acquisitions in tax deed auctions, land deals, buy-and-hold properties, and creative investment opportunities.
