Felipe Marcel Muniz and Rejane Martins Muniz, owners of America Sweet Home Investments, began their careers in the real estate industry over a decade ago, selling houses, apartments, and land in Brazil in two states (São Paulo / Mato Grosso do Sul) with great success. We take pride in having facilitated the acquisition of properties for over 1000 families through our services - that's right, over 1000 successful transactions and countless happy families.

In 2021, we embarked on our investment journey in the USA and discovered a powerful purchasing tool - auctions. These auctions present excellent opportunities to acquire properties at discounted prices, allowing incredible profits when selling them for fair market value. Within auction purchases, we find opportunities ranging from 50% to 75% of market value.
